Challenge

Create actionable personas for the different types of gaming content providers and their workers we engage with that role out games on the PlayStation platform. For example: Tier 1 partner - EA Sports (Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager).

Solution

Created 10 unique personas that help us drive decisions and empathy. Created the personas after exhaustive interviews followed by an interactive workshop held at PlayStation with nearly 50 PlayStation stakeholders.

Results

The personas are used a key discussion point in all PlayStation Partner development upstream initiatives.
